KUALA LUMPUR: Shares in Destini Bhd gained on Friday in active trade, after the company announced a RM17.4mil contract win.
The integrated engineering solutions provider rose 3.23%, or 0.5 sen to 16 sen, its highest since May 21, with 13.7 million shares traded.
Destini has been awarded a contract worth RM17.4mil from Wira Syukur (M) Sdn Bhd to provide mechanical and electrical systems for the commercial development of GrenePark Village in Semenyih.
Destini said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Destini Engineering Technologies Sdn Bhd (DET) will be the sub-contractor for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical installation for the development of GrenePark Village.
The project is expected to be completed in February 2022.
Destini said the company aims to actively participate in M&E related tenders for both Government and commercial sectors.
