- Bachelor in Arts (Honours) in Combined Studies (Accounting & Finance), De Montfort University, United Kingdom
- Diploma in Accountancy, Institut Teknologi MARA, Malaysia (currently known as Universiti Teknologi MARA)
Encik Farisan Mokhtar was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in April 2026. He brings with him over 25 years of extensive experience in corporate finance, financial management, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate restructuring across various industries.
He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving into corporate finance and advisory roles across multiple organisations. Over the years, he has held senior leadership positions including Financial Director at Nashtan GT LLC, Vice President / Head of Finance at Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, and senior roles at DRB-HICOM Berhad.
He later served as Associate Director at the Performance Management and Delivery Unit (PEMANDU) under the Prime Minister’s Department, where he was involved in the Government Transformation Programme and the Economic Transformation Programme particularly the Financial Services National Key Economic Area. He subsequently held senior leadership roles at Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad (FGV), including Senior Vice President and Head of Group Development & Acquisitions, where he led major corporate exercises, mergers and acquisitions, and fund-raising initiatives.
He also served as Group Chief Financial Officer and Acting Group Chief Executive Officer of UiTM Holdings Sdn Bhd, before being appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer of G3 Global Berhad, where he was responsible for the Group’s overall financial, corporate and investor relations functions.
He has no family relationship with any Director and/ or major shareholder of the Company and has no conflict of interest with the Company. He has not been convicted for any offences within the past five years other than traffic offences, if any.
