Qualification

• Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy Studies (Honours), University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom

Encik Mohamed Niza Bin Abu Bakar was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Destini Oil Services Sdn Bhd in July 2025 and subsequently appointed as Head of Energy Business Unit in January 2026. He also heads the Energy Business Unit of the Group. He brings with him extensive experience in strategic and corporate planning, transformational change, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business development.

He began his career at Bank Negara Malaysia in 2000 under the Banking Supervision Department before joining Profen Sdn Bhd as Senior Manager, Finance. He later held various senior leadership roles including Chief Finance Officer of Tracoma Holdings Berhad, Managing Director of Newbina Engineering Sdn Bhd, and Chief Executive Officer of Tracoma Holdings Berhad.

He subsequently served as Associate Director at MustaphaRaj Sdn Bhd and later as Chief Executive Officer of the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia. He also held Group Chief Financial Officer positions at Biosis Group Berhad and Chulia Life Sciences Sdn Bhd, before moving into corporate advisory.

Encik Mohamed Niza later served as Executive Director of TH Heavy Engineering Berhad and subsequently as Group Chief Executive Officer of Raffcomm Group of Companies prior to joining Destini Berhad as Group Chief Operating Officer in February 2024.

He has no family relationship with any Director and/ or major shareholder of the Company and has no conflict of interest with the Company. He has not been convicted for any offences within the past five years other than traffic offences, if any.
