QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from California State University,
  Sacramento, United States of America
• American Associates Degree in Accounting from Maktab Sains Mara
• Qualified Risk Director from the Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners
• Completed Women’s Directors Onboarding Training Programme from the Malaysian Directors
  Academy (MINDA) and NAM Institute for the Empowerment of Women (NIEW)

Norzilah Mohammed has over 30 years of experiences in the banking, risk management, finance, business administration and operation management. She was previously the Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer for 2 years and was appointed to the Board of Destini Berhad as Executive Director in March 2021.

She has had an illustrious career in the banking field with EXIM Bank with her last position as the President and Chief Executive Officer, prior joining Destini.

She is currently the board member of Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). She has no family relationship with any Director and/ or major shareholder of the Company and has no conflict of interest with the Company. She has not been convicted for any offences within the past five years other than traffic offences, if any.
