Puan Norashikin Binti Mat Yusof was appointed to the Board of Destini Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 3 January 2025. She also serves as a Member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Puan Norashikin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours (Finance) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and a Diploma in Accounting from Kolej Matrikulasi Perlis.

With over 15 years of professional experience in finance, banking, and business analysis, she has held key roles in reputable organizations, including Executive, Asset Quality and Finance at Malayan Banking Berhad and Senior Financial Analyst at Green Herds Sdn Bhd. Her expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, strategic planning, and banking operations, making her a valuable asset to the Board.

Puan Norashikin has demonstrated exceptional leadership and analytical capabilities. She has a proven track record of streamlining financial processes, managing corporate budgets, and supporting business decision-making with insightful financial analyses.

She does not hold directorships in any other public listed companies and has no family relationship with any director or major shareholder of the company. Furthermore, she has no conflict of interest with the company and has not been convicted of any offenses within the past five years other than traffic offenses, if any.
