Destini Appoints Muhayuddin Group CEO, Rozabil Assumes Role Of Executive Chairman

KUALA LUMPUR: Destini Bhd has appointed Muhayuddin Musa as its new group CEO, while former president Datuk Rozabil Abdul Rahman will remained at the helm under his new capacity as executive chairman.

Rozabil, 49, a major shareholder in Destini, has led the company since January 2011. He replaced Tan Sri Rodzali Daud, who has left the company to pursue his own interest,
according to filings with Bursa Malaysia today.

As executive chairman, Rozabil is likely to leave the day-to-day operation of the company to new boss Muhayuddin.

Muhayuddin, 59, was formerly the managing director/CEO at Computer Forms (M) Bhd from 1998 to September 2021.
